DIRECTIONS

Uncap the inhaler and hold it just below one nostril.
Inhale deeply through the nose for 3–5 seconds while gently closing the other nostril. Repeat on the other side.
Use as needed for sinus relief, mental clarity, or grounding breathwork.

Do not insert into the nostril.

EXPIRATION

All natural things expire… even natural preservatives. This product has a 12 month shelf life after opening.

PRECAUTIONS

• For external inhalation only. Do not ingest or apply directly to skin.

• Keep away from children, pets, and pregnant or nursing women, unless approved by a healthcare provider.

• Avoid use if you have epilepsy, high blood pressure, or are sensitive to essential oils such as menthol or wintergreen.

• Discontinue use if irritation, dizziness, or shortness of breath occurs.

• Store away from heat, moisture, and direct sunlight to preserve potency.

• Avoid in cases of cardiac fibrillation or those on anticoagulants
